Jodacare has many important functionalities.

MESSAGES

Enables dialogue between the parties with practical messages such as: Who brings this? Need more of that, and so on. Messages will help all parties stay up-to-date, improves collaboration and counteracts concern among relatives.

PICTURES AND VIDEO

As an additional feature to the messages, it is possible to share photos and videos. They can both serve as pleasant updates for relatives, and are a good starting point for conversations with service receivers.

CALENDAR

To facilitate collaboration, a joint calendar gives all parties an overview of regular visits from health care professionals or other appointments the service receiver has on a given day.

PERSONAL PROFILE

Everyone who has a role in Jodacare has their own profile with a picture and an info text about themselves. This helps the network around voulnarable people to keep track of who is who.

LIFE STORY

In the profile of the service receiver you will be able to share what is important right now and what was important earlier in life. Provide information about the service receiver as a person, focusing on life beyond the history of illness. This allows for better follow-up and conversations from health professionals.
